Just my thoughts and miscellaneous crap.
I have the current version of OD and love to change skins and such on a pretty frequent basis. However, I'm finding that sometimes even though I've used the Theme Manager (or even the WB control center) to change skins, I get a task bar from a previous skin showing but the browser windows and other elements of the OS will skin correctly with the new skin: example is I used Killer WB visual style and then change my skin to Zippo WB visual styleeverything but the Task Bar/Start Menu changes to the Zippo visual style.
Is this a problem of my install of OD or WB or a glitch of the skin? This doesn't happen frequently, but enough times that it is getting to be somewhat of a pain in the @ss.

Have you checked to be sure you haven't ticked "Always use the XPTaskbar defined in... (under User Overrides)

That's the only thing I can think of that would cause this problem. If that isn't it, you should probably contact Stardock support.

Thanks for the tip, Jebland. However, that was the first thing that I checked for in the settings in WindowBlinds(Overrides). What is the option that I should have checked in there though or should I even check the box? Currently it is unchecked but the option showing is Disable XP Taskbar. Right now I'm using the ToonXP suite and the task bar is skinned correctly with the reddish/yellow colors of the suite. Also, what about the Shell Style option? Check or uncheck and what option to choose? Thanks for any help you can give.
